When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via Evri and other reliable UK couriers. Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for failure's arising by the courier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Visit our Returns Page to start the process.
What if I received the wrong or faulty item?
If something isn’t right, please email us at info@aytier.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon.
